I have been in the store 3 times in the last week. Two of the times I have had a great experience. The girls that work there are always pleasant and friendly. The other time I was in there, it was only the store manager working, I believe her name is Tiffany. From the moment my wife and I walked in the door, we felt like we were a burden to her. She was extremely rude to us. I asked her about a promotion that was offered to me the day before, for a tablet. I was offered a tablet for a very low price, and it would be an extra $15 per month on my bill. She very angrily told me that no such deal existed. I said that I would come back when the other girls were working and she got even madder, and told me that she was the store manager and she assured me that the only promotion was that I had to buy a tablet for $700 and then it would be $20 per month on my bill. I strongly suggest that you guys find a new store manager. This lady will drive your customers off. If she is that rude to customers, I can only imagine how she would treat her employees. I will not even go into the store if she is working now. If I have an urgent matter that must be dealt with right away, I will drive to either you Jacson store, or down to the valley. If my matter can wait, I will go back another time when she isn't working.

Angela was so friendly and helpful! She thoroughly explained all my options and took me step by step through my new phone. I am not a tech wiz and I appreciate her patience, and kindness very much. She made the whole phone buying experience a pleasure!

The store in Stockton, CA. could not render assistance to oue need. They wanted money up front & would not even provide service above & beyond to rectify our need. Went to Best Buy for assistance. Verizon elsewhere do not demand money up front for service. Stockton Store.."NOT RECOMMENDED"!
