Great experience at this location. Zanan treated my wife and I with the utmost respect.
She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as she answered all of our questions. Not once did it feel like she was pushy and trying to sell. We ended up getting two new phones. Thanks Zanna!I'll be coming to you with all my questions and wireless needs.

Came this location few times, one of the gentleman who have been work here few months and I so happy for his help. But this time when I come here one of the lady help me and made me feel bad. Her attitude is super bad, looks like I own her a lot. Her face is so ugly and never smile. Total different customer service from the new young man. Next time if I come here again I will call the store and make sure she is not here. Please help me to teach her how to service nice with people.😠😠

This is very creepy. The owner took my phone to set it up and gave himself a five-star rating with a good review. I didn't know about it until I checked my email. I will never go back again.
