When I came in to get my old phone fixed Francisco that waited on me let me know about the new offer for the iPhone and since my old contract was up in just a couple of months I went ahead and took advantage of that. He help me transfer all my old information, he Answered all of my questions showed me how to use the new phone. I was extremely impressed with my service from Him

Came in with a phone issue I was so upset and didn’t think I would get my phone fixed or have any options but Stephanie warmly greeted me at the door and was such an expert and sales professional that she got my phone to work and gave me great offers and information that will now help me and also get me into a new phone if needed I am very pleased with today’s visit as I drove from out of town based of the great reviews for this location and I was fortunate enough to ask for Stephanie and her be in store to assist me. If I could give this location and Stephanie a 10 star review I would she is great at her job and is very knowledgeable and interested in helping. I will be coming back here for all my purchase and will refer all my family and friends to come if they want great customer service and instant help

Highly recommend this store. I would also recommend asking for Stephanie. I live out out of town but will Make sure to refer family and friends who also look for excellent customer service and great deals. Stephanie took the time to transfer all my stuff from one phone to another and made sure I left a complete happy and satisfied customer, she even followed up with me to make sure she had meet all my needs. Not always do you get honest help or a smile from people working in retail however my visit here exceeded my expectations I couldn't be happier with my new phone and watch
