Worst Worst customer service since I have Cell phone. Being a loyal Verizon customer for many years. It is SO SAD to say. Tried to talk about the issue with Edith who stated she is the manager. She is rude too. I fully understand the recent working environment due to employee retention. Not trying to give anyone a trouble. However, I hope this will not never happen to other customers. Please keep away from this Verizon corporate store.

I’ll give negative stars if I can. Actually it’s my bad; I could’ve known by just looking at the rating. I drove down there to seek for some help on my current account. The first guy told me he can give me the customer service number which I can literally Google it myself. Then here comes the second guy, he told me he is the salesperson who doesn’t care about anything unless you want to open a new account, then I was literally being told that the point of having him as a staff there is telling me to call the customer service for help. Are they the decorations or what? If I was the manager, I’d rather have self-service machines instead of having bunch of no-use arrogant staffs. My advise, if you don’t want to get pissed and waste your time, DON’T GO!
