Sergio is an amazing, knowledgeable person. He is honest and patient with those not so tech savvy... and with all verizon options available to those who have verizon as their carrier...that is not easy to navigate on your own! He set us up fully with our new purchases and equipment, and clear explanations of any changes to our bill. Kudos to the Apple Valley store and Sergio!!

I notice people have complaints, but please keep in mind it takes time to set everything up, sometimes a long time depending on your choice of purchases and any new devices (i.e. backing up your data should be done before you come in, data transfer takes a while depending on how much data you have on your old phone with verizon).
