Landon was the reason I came in and purchased a new device today. He was so friendly and helpful on the phone, I wanted him to help me with the transaction.

Only one representative, wait time is really a serious concern in this store. No problem when signing up and am having all kinds of problems when canceling. Continuously receiving bill alert from an vzwmail address which Verizon says it does not belong to them. I also receive calls from allegedly verizon customer support who does not even want to speak English. It seems like a leak in customer information. Do not recommend.

Dimone is the best!! Ask for him when you go to this location. He lowered and saved us a considerable amount on our phone bills, plus we got new phones and a router. He knows what he's doing and he will get you the best phone deals available. He goes above and beyond to help answer all your concerns and needs. If he's busy when you go to see him, wait for him, he's worth it. He works hard! Verizon, give him a raise. He deserves it! Thanks, Dimone, we appreciate you!
