UPDATE: I once again recommend this Verizon store! I went back the day after getting my new phone because I had some questions. I was helped by Nicolas. He did a GREAT job! He was friendly, efficient, and thorough.
I bought three lines on my business account back in March with the promotion promised by Dillion, a Verizon sales representative. Since I transferred from T-Mobile, my iPhone should have been almost free. I paid the difference, but since then I have been fighting to get the promotion applied. When I called after my first bill, Dillion was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me and the Verizon customer service representative. I have been trying to call Verizon customer service. They advised that I try to contact store. I called a couple of months ago because although I had been told that the promotion would be show up, it has not been applied, and I am still paying a huge bill and for the devices as well. Today, I called back, and he refused to recognize me, claiming things like "I see 1000 people every day." He continued to be very uncooperative, and didn't give me any further information such as the store ID. He even refused to recognize his own signature. Please stay away from any of the Verizon authorized dealers on Sunset in Rocklin. I am sure I am not the only one exploited by this kind of person.
