I walked into the store today and was greeted by Anthony, he was amazing and helpful. He was very patient and completely handled all of my issues. Corey was also amazing during my visit. They should be the face of the company hands down. I’m a very very happy Verizon customer leaving the store today!

This place is a gem! I’ve been with Verizon (formerly AirTouch) now for 24 consecutive years, and I can tell u this was the best in-person experience I’ve had with any Verizon store, whether corporate or authorized dealer. I have to thank Ryan for that. He took care of me and my family. He was professional and patient, which I appreciate immensely. I went in for help with an account and I ended up getting 5 (yes five) new IPhone 13 Pros, as well as an extra line. Everyone in the store were very kind (a shout out to Luis as well!) and will be my go to place for years to come!

I'm a Verizon customer who needed assistance with an existing family plan and id figured I'd come in on a Saturday afternoon. Granted I assumed you guys were busy but I wasn't even acknowledged or greeted and a couple minutes I just walked out. Maybe you should have more than one associate on the floor. Very unprofessional to not even be greeted
