Terrible service, walked in at 2:30 pm to quickly buy a phone. Was told they cannot serve me because they have an appointment at 3pm. Two workers just sitting there chatting with each other.

Excellent customer service.
Ivan and Amar were so patient with me.
Also, Tony, was super helpful over the phone.
They fixed two of my lines and we're working on the third one.

Terrible service, entitled sales people, wouldn't help me with my issues, told me they probably couldn't get to me before closing time in 35 minutes, I tried to look at a phone, the alarm went off and it sat there screaming no one paid any attention
