Sales representative did not help me with my request. He seen bother every time I asked him a question. He also left to the back for over ten minutes. Due to that, I left the store and visited the Verizon store at the Montebello Mall where I was treated well ( lost for this store, I ended up spending $700 + on upgrades). Will not be coming back to this store.

Went in the day before Thanksgiving because i had an issue with my new phone not activating. Got there at 8 Pm and their was 2 people working. 1 Girl And 1 Guy the girl never saw when i walked in because she was in the back when i came in. The guy that was in the front never asked what we were their for or even said i will be with you shortly he just saw us and starred and turned around. Then he walked in to the back with a smirk in his face and stayed in there looking thru the glass when we were waiting to get helped. Since it was getting close to closing time i guess he didn't feel like taking someone else. I ended up leaving after 25 minutes because no one said a word to us. And ended up going to another victra location where it was 15 minutes before closing and had the opposite experience. They Were happy to help and as soon as i walked in asked what they could help me with even though they were almost closing. If i could rate this location a negative thanks to the experience i had i would. The customer service guy that was supposibly their to help did not help one bit. And what made it worse was the fact that he looked at us with a smirk when he looked at us before heading to the back!
