Went to try and get estimates to switch over took my name and number and had me wait. As they became available they walked around seeming busy . Once someone else walked in those people were helped right away. Thats when i realized i was being ignored. I let them know i was leaving and then they asked has nobody helped you? I said no they went and helped someone that just walked , i said thanks and i left. Also went to another verizon off murrieta hot springs and the lady lied about the prices. She says $80 / line. When right outside says 2 lines for 80. I went on the website, lets me select the amount of lines and proves she lied to me. I dont know whats wrong with these workers.
