Robert represented an old style of customer service that I grew up with. Robert raises the bar of expectations and if I could promote him I would! I highly recommend getting your new phone or upgrade at Cellular Services, Oak Harbor. I lost my phone on the ferry or at the ferry terminal…I was certain that I may not recover my phone for several days or at all. I was determined not to go home without a phone. On my way home, I stopped at Cellular Services in Oak Harbor to get some help finding my device, portaging data and leaving with a new phone. A big ask. Not too big. I was helped by Robert, at Cellular Services. I told him what happened, what I was looking for in a phone, and what my budget was. Robert listened patiently and heard everything I had to say. Each thing I asked for was reiterated back to me and a small collection of physical phone options were laid in front of me. It wasn’t easy for me because I lost my phone, but Robert made the situation so much more pleasant and time went by quickly. Within an hour, I had a new phone, case, charger and was on my way – able to connect to the internet and make a call or text should I need to.
