I wouldn’t even give this place one star, but I had to. Sheila was very rude, pushy, and wouldn’t let me use my new phone until SHE wanted me to. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! Go to Mount Vernon, Burlington, somewhere else. Just not this one!!!!

Hunter at the Oak Harbor Verizon store patiently worked w me through several hours to adding a new cell phone & plan. I was not an easy customer. He had to work through passwords & terms & new procedures!

Verizon is indeed fortunate to have such a bright & capable young man who can accommodate a senior dinosaur. I couldn’t ask for better service!
