After spending hours on the phone with asurion we got very frustrated as to why our new replacement phone wasn’t able to be set up so we decided to head into the store. A gentleman named Hunter was working and he was able to help us and get us all fixed up and going! Thank you Hunter we appreciate you for being so patient and knowledgeable about these phones!
