Walked in with a new iPhone 15 pro in hand. It’s funny Apple sends no documentation with new phones. Just turn it on and follow the directions on the screens. Not that simple it turns out. They have you do a software update as soon as the new phone is on. But nothing regarding the old phone needing the same. So did a software upgrade on the old phone. Wiped the new phone. Restarted and everything then was working and the transfer was done. Absolutely wonderful service and people working at this store!
