A V O I D A T A L L C O S T S Mobile service is spotty at best. Hours of dead time where I can't even load a web page. I live in Colbert, WA and have to use a signal booster on our property to get any signal. To make things even worse, trying to do jobs like DoorDash and InstaCart are nearly impossible when I'm getting 2 bars signal in downtown Spokane. On top of that, the unlimited data plans we signed up for were repeatedly overcharged by $20-40 each, monthly (3 phones) resulting in $300+ a month bills for something we signed up to pay $205 per month. We're moving soon and will be using another provider.
Original 5 star review when service started: Paige was super patient and helpful with getting my family setup with Verizon service after our move from Alaska to Washington. This location has low traffic and no wait times during the couple hours we were there. 10/10 would phone again 😉
