It was the Verizon call center to pay a bill for a friend. It was a big run around. It was not a simple task to just pay the amount needed. Needs some revamping.

Verizon has worked great in the Walla Walla valley for me. The staff in this store have been very helpful. I had a long wait with two little kids and they were very understanding and helpful. Thank you!

RACIST'S and a thief work here, I complained about items being added to my bill that I never received. They stated my bill would increase $40 for an upgraded phone. Well my bill went from $300 to more than $1500 per month. I have spent hours and they auto deducted more than $4500 from my account over the last 3 months! When I walked into the store she started claiming I was making her feel uncomfortable when I pulled out the receipt showing I didn't purchase apple products for my Samsung. Then she switches to Spanish talking to the manager, started referring to me as "white boy", well this white boy has file complaints with the state and verizon legal. They act like they are my savior because they now claim my bill is $650 per month, $250 more per month for a simple phone upgrade. A void the Hispanic girl that is a size 18 trying to fit into size 12 pants, man those seams are strong! She's hard to miss!
