Caitlyn was very helpful, & managed to help three other clients while we were in the store, & kept things going for us & others all at the same time...she was amazing!! Made for a very easy transition to my new phone.

The girls working were amazing! Vonne was helping train the new reps and I can tell her team will be very well prepared to give outstanding customer service. Everything was explained to me and I left feeling well taken care of by everyone work. Best experience at Verizon I've had in a while.

Best Verizon Store I have ever been in!!!! Desi helped me and she honestly has the best customer service! So kind so patient. I had questions about how to lower my bill and she helped me. I am again disappointed in your Port Orchard Store by Fred Meyers. They didn’t explain anything. They told me I get a free watch with my phone and that was not true. So that way they could keep me tied down to Verizon!!! I am so irritated that you took away our employee discount from a outside business. I am mad that the guy was completely dishonest!! I have been a customer for years!! I will be coming back to this store and no others, unless you get rid of Desi then I’m done. She should get a raise and recognition for her hard work.
