The young lady that helped me named Cassidy was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. My phone was stuck on trying to call some emergency. It was close to closing time and she continued to solve the problem. She went above and beyond to help.

The manager was more concerned with small talk with her customer than trying to spend the appropriate amount of time assisting them with their needs- especially with several other customers waiting.
All the waiting for her to say she can’t help us and we need to call Verizon- if she has spent less time asking about his kids and work she could have checked in with us and told us that information much sooner. Incredibly poor time management skills.

Caleb tried to take advantage of a senior citizen for $300. Thank God I was able to come in and make them fix it. Xfinity is less shady than this store. Do not do business with Verizon, and if you do, don't do it with this location. Cassidy is lovely though.
