My husband and I came in on Valentine’s Day to get him a new phone, but when I heard Dani telling him about all the new features I wondered if I was eligible for an upgrade too which I was! So she helped us both transfer all our info and apps from old phones to new ones and answered all our (sometimes uninformed) questions since we are seniors. She spent a long time with us very patiently explaining new features and advantages, and did it all with a terrific sense of humor. We spent a very enjoyable time doing something that seemed difficult to us but was very quick and easy for Dani. She was extremely helpful and personable and even told to us to come in any time (which my husband did the next day) to get her additional assistance with anything else we needed help with. This was a fabulous and fun experience! Thank you, Dani!!!!

My phone had mysteriously jammed up; no cell signal. Loren tested the appropriate steps, which took a good while, before finally finding the problem. Turns out it was my fault: I never bothered uploading my very-full phone to a cloud, in spite of getting alerts for six months! Happy to trade the poor thing in; Loren stayed an hour past closing time to make sure everything went well with our new phones.
