Taylor was able to restore everything that I thought was lost forever when my phone was stolen. She not only set me up with a new phone but gave me the gift of retrieving my beloved father's texts messages from which I thought was gone. He passed away so reading his text is priceless and precious. Thank you Taylor for being an extraordinary person with kindness and courtesy. Hector walked us through the purchase of 2 new iPhones and an Apple Watch. We’ve been using this store since the iPhone 12 Pro Max became available. We were pleased with the clear explanations. We will use this site as our go to for anything iPhone.
Be sure to ask about up front costs. For example there’s a $40 per line setup fee. I declined those and did the app and data transfer myself.
