Jacob went above and beyond helping me today. I had dropped my phone and it stopped working. I didn't have insurance for it. He got me a new phone and new plan.

One of the best experiences I had here at Verizon here in Auburn Wa at the outlet, I would to acknowledge Jacob for his out standing performance with helping us with our phone plan. Very detailed and helped us more the any other Verizon worker and any other store. Great salesman great worker very professional and if you need help with your Verizon plan ask for Jacob !!!!!
