Best customer service
I was picking up a phone I had ordered a couple weeks ago. I was greeted by the Manager and was helped immediately. The previous time I came here, I was told that I could not trade in my phone as there was a crack in the back. This time not only did they allow me to trade in my old phone, but also found additional discounts for me.
Manager Joseph was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. He made sure that I understood what charges were for and guided me through the options I had. One of the best customer service I’ve had. I’ve been coming here for years and every time the experience was great. Thank you.
