Verizon is always great. Their customer service on the phone is fantastic. Usually at the store we get great service and it wasn't at the person that helped us wasn't helping us. But it seemed like we were an inconvenience to her and there was nobody in the store so I'm not sure what the deal was with her. But that's the only thing I'm really. I felt like I shouldn't be in the store because I was bothering them and Verizon usually never gives me that feeling. I love Verizon. I've been with him for almost 20 years but maybe she was just having a bad day. So I still rate Verizon at 5:00 because most of staff is very criticus. Very friendly once in a while though. You know we all have bad days. You're supposed to check them at the door but sometimes that doesn't get done

Waited an hour for nothing. Awful rude lady that didn't know anything. We were told by our local verizon that there was a promotion if we traded in our iphone 13s for the 15s, we also called customer service verizon to make sure and they said there was. So we were in this area and decided to do it, waited an hour just for the lady to say there was no promotion and that we were ridiculous thinking their was even when we told her our sources. won't be back there again. We ended up going to our local verizon right after and got the promotion. That lady was a joke! So make sure to check with other verizons before letting this place scam you.
