Update 8/7/22: it has been another month and even though Victra responded promptly to a bad review, and I once again, spent time explaining the situation, I was told it would be handed off to the "leadership team" and after that email there has been no further contact.
I wouldn't advise going here to get a new phone or even upgrade, especially anything on promotion. Just go to a direct Verizon location. I picked up a "free phone" for my son last September. I have been charged every month since for the full price. I've been back in to this location about 6 times and each time I've gone in, I've been told it has been fixed and just to wait for my next bill. Its been a few months since I've been in last and have just resigned to the fact that I'll be paying for this $900 phone for the next year+ ... I've tried reaching out to Verizon but since this location is a 3rd party dealer they can't/won't honor their pricing or promotions. I'll be happy to adjust this rating if someone there can actually take care of this issue and see to it that it gets handled. I'm tired of having to chase something that should have been handled almost a year ago. Until then, I'll just recommend everyone go to a direct Verizon dealer and stay away from 3rd party authorized dealers.
