Warning to ALL customers, the worst manager is in charge here, Michael Robinson. Check out other reviews and you'll see his name pop up a few times.
I had purchased a Samsung S9+ this store, but due to size and price I decided to downgrade to a Wifi Only Tablet at bestbuy. Unofrtunately, the Wifi tablet ended up not meeting my work requirements, so I returned it and went back to Verizon to look for a different solution.
When I tried to test out different tablets for compaitibility with my work applications, Manager Robinson approached me and refused to allow me to download any apps to test functionality. Despite my explanation of my intention to purchase the tablet if it met my needs, he just insisted that I leave the store immediately without offering any assistance or explanation.
There is no store policy written or displayed which states that a customer can or cannot download and test out the display phones specifically there to be DEMOed. Such power trip behavior from a manager is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Verizon's customer service standards. Customers should feel valued and respected during their interactions, but Manager Robinson's conduct left much to be desired.
I hope this review promts Verizon to address this issue promply and take steps to ensure better customer service in the future. I also hope Manager Robinson reads this review, in hopes that he works on improving services skills. As it stands, I cannot recommend this store due to the disrepectful treatment I received.
