Rob at ephrata verizon was awesome!!!! We went to our Moses Lake store for help,but they were unable. We thought we were going to have to go to a corporate store, 1.5 hrs away. We went to the Ephrata store and Rob was so knowledgeable he figured it out and fixed the problem. We will be going there FIRST next time. Thanks, Rob!!!!
I have just moved to this area full time a month ago. I have had a place here for the last couple years and have been commuting back and forth from Seattle. I needed help with a couple things regarding my Verizon account. I went to the Ephrata branch and had the best customer service. Noah was very helpful not only with what I had stopped by for but above and beyond. Noah had noticed I was on a good plan but a little outdated. Thanks to Noah I have accomplished everything I needed and saved money at the same time. And what I observed at the Ephrata branch was that Noah and the rest of the associates were all very helpful Thank you Noah and I highly recommend the Ephrata Verizon.
