-3959 location is the king of verizon in Portland, Johnathan and Ryan are amazing store managers! The customer service is top tier with ! great store environment along side. Everytime I walk in the store It's very welcoming and I'm treated like the number 1 customer for verizon. I want to say thank you for an amazing 3 years plus!

Above and beyond doesn't even come close! I desperately needed to replace my phone and couldn't get to the store until near closing. Because of the issues my phone was having, it made the process of transferring all the information over to the new one torturously slow. Ryan stayed well after closing to make sure that I was set up with everything I needed. Navigating both hardware and software issues on top of making sure my new phone had its protective covers it needed were installed correctly. I can't thank him enough for sacrificing that time to help me!
It takes time to close up shop, get through EOD tasks, not to mention commute. I wish there were more I could do than leave a review. Thank you again Ryan!

Stopped in and met with Jon who was able to help set up my new phone after my last one was destroyed by water damage. Not only did he assist me in setting up the new device, but he also ensured my old phone was backed up and that my personal info was safe in order to send it in to complete the insurance claim. And it all took 15 minutes! What a lifesaver. This town is lucky to have Jon at the Verizon off of Powell.
