Julian and Nadia were 5 star, so patient with all the challenges I gave them. We had to unfreeze my credit, and convince Verizon corp. that my ID was good. I was switching from AT& T to Verizon because of the "free Samsung with a trade in of any phone in any condition? This part is false advertising. First phone was smashed, corp, refused it. 2nd phone said AT&T on it and was over 10 years old. Corp refused it. Their advertising is a lie. Julian was very sorry but nothing he could do about. But he worked his magic and got me a trade in deal and helped me download everything I needed. They are the only reason I went with Verizon because Customer Service is above everything else.

Ami was an expert in my issues with my phone and account. He was very kind and very exceptional. My grandson's car broke down but Ami was there asap and helped us get it fixed. I think he is a very great salesman and that he deserves the utmost recognition for his pinnacle treatment towards me and my grandson.
