I drove my in laws to this store and spent two hours helping them buy new phones. The salesman was great. He told us to bring the old phone back within the next 30 days for the trade in. I was back in the area and offered to help them by dropping off the old phone. The lady who was at the desk and had a manager badge on refused to help me. She said she wouldn’t accept and sign for anything that could get lost. According to the salesman all we needed to do was drop off the old phone. All the manger had to do was take 30 seconds to look at the account. She recognized me and knew I had been in the store and the salesman we had worked with. Now my 85 year old father in law will have to make the hour drive. I hope when this woman is treated the same way when she turns 85. Maybe a little compassion and actual customer service should be part of the training. Nothing but pure laziness.

TJ the store manager went above and beyond to fix a problem that I had gotten into because of going to a third-party store!! NEVER AGAIN will I go to another store that isn’t this one! The other stores promise you so many things and just want to make a sale. And these people have to do all the fixing and explaining because the other stores don’t even know what they are doing!
