Two days ago I finally went in to upgrade my phone after two years of dreading and avoiding it because I didn’t want to deal with the Verizon reps. At other locations I’ve always been up sold something - usually to my surprise when I receive the bill.
Tuesday was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon. My significant other and I went in and could not believe how quickly the rep, Vanessa was getting us set up with new phones and adjusted our plan. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable- she was incredibly patient to those that came in while my transfer was being made. She was also very personable… I would go back in just to say hi to her!
All in all- this is for sure my new go-to Verizon shop and I will be back- much quicker than last time.
