The man working here convinced my grandmother she had a virus on the brand new phone I had bought her, and persuaded her to buy another new phone at twice the price. Luckily she went to an actual Verizon store which acted far more professionally and kindly, fixed the small issue with her original phone and helped her return the other. Do not visit this store under any circumstance, visit someplace with basic decency.

Brandon at this location always gives 110% in everything he does. We intentionally come to this store because of his excellent service. This last time he spent more than an hour helping us with our trade/upgrade to an iPhone 14. The difficulty was getting the old phone functional enough to turn off the necessary settings to qualify it as a trade. He worked tirelessly to help us trouble-shoot the problem. He was even willing to stay after hours until the job was complete - but we managed to finish 10 minutes before closing. He found us a jaw-dropping trade-in deal that I wouldn't have even imagined possible! He was kind, good-natured, had an amazing attitude, and provided us with the most excellent customer service. Thank you Brandon, we will be back. Hopefully with less of a challenge next time!
