STRONGLY ADVISE NOT GOING TO THIS STORE. My stay was short lived & the employee never gave me her name. She was more than fine giving me sass after I asked a couple simple questions.
Time to go back to Mcdonald’s with that kind of customer service.
If I could leave zero stars I would.

I had a super disappointing experience at the store. Do not go here. I’m disappointed that I will have to go here again and exchange my old telephone. I will only ever buy from Apple directly or from Verizon customer service over the phone. I felt like I was buying a used car and they kept trying to upsell me. And I know that in resale that is something that is very common. There were a bunch of hidden fees, I was not given the opportunity to consent to. The $40 set up and go fee for each of the devices we bought we didn’t get a chance to consent to it and they couldn’t even finish setting up our smart watch. I felt traumatized leaving this store. We had to return the watch and they wouldn’t refund the set up and go fee, even though the watch never paired. Do not go here. I certainly will not buy anything else from a store that doesn’t get my consent before charging me.

Woman at the front counter didn’t help me at all with my problem and just sent me out the door with a phone number. Apparently you don’t get good customer service unless you buy something. Soon as I walked in and stated that I had a problem and I needed to transfer a line she just instantly handed me a phone number did not help me out in any possible way and just made my situation worse like if I wanted a phone number, I have freaking Google. Don’t go to this store Fr
