Got a free apple 14 with a new line, phone is horrible to use, tried to return it, 6 days past the 30 day deadline. On the the phone with 611 for hours, no way to talk to the store manager at all. Went back to the store and was told they couldn’t do anything for me even when asking about exchanging it for a newer phone or iPad guess I’m going to teen mobile. Terrible customer service. Verizon should be ashamed of themselves for treating a customer of over 10 years this way.
Thanks for replying to my above review, I went back to your store the day after your reply, I waited for an hour with a rep, nothing they could do. I left my information and am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I hope Verizon can follow through…

I tried this service for a week and it didn't work for me. I went back, returned the table, and closed my account before 30 days, but they still sent me a bill. They are not good at helping you. I have never had a problem with any other company im not recomended make me pay $502.06

I am COMPLETELY irritated. I started a Verizon chat to get a new line new number as a new customer. They run the credit, I get approved, I pick the phone and pay the down payment. Get the confirmation email and tell me to go pick it up, I ask at what location. They replied with, "What location do you want?" I said the Washington St location, they said ok go to the cascade station location I drive all the way there, for the guy who's standing behind the table to say he can't help me, he doesn't know what my order is and because it was done online he has no access to even try to help me. So I drive all the way back to the one on Washington St. I brought my state issued ID (NOT EXPIRED). I brought a recent storage bill for proof of address, and I provided my social. I explained what was going on, and they said they could definitely get this fixed. But then, I had to call this number and talk to the fraud department because they wanted to verify my identity. When I called the person who answered, they were very rude and unhelpful at all. He said we need to verify your identity, I said that's what I am trying to do, so what can I do more to verify I am Me? He just kept saying we can't help until you verify your identity, & I am like, so what am I supposed to do, I have ID, social, birth certificate, bills.. what can I do more to verify?? That's all I am asking now I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my $ BACK. JUST drove across town and back wasting gas that I don't have. And over half my day is wasted only to end up with nothing but anxiety, stress, & no phone or service because that was the last of my $ I have to really look around to find the deal I could afford this week. I don't want to be gasless and no way to call for help. I do not recommend getting this service they make it sound so simple and hassle free, but it's not and then they make you pay keep your money and leave you confused with a IOU pretty much!!!
