My experience was outstanding! The customer service was phenomenal. The representative that helped me was Tyler. I would have to say that Tyler set the for standard. Tyler was patient and listened to every question i had and then provided me with adequate feed back. He is very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. Tyler also exhibited a genuinely polite mannerism. He was willing to help me resolve any issues that i had with my plan. Tyler was also considerate enough to take the time to explain discounts and promotions that were available to me that i was not informed of. If you ever need to visit a Verizon wireless store and have questions i promise you that you will not be dissapointed if you visit this store and ask for Tyler. Tyler, i would like to thank you for going above and beyond the mark when it comes to providing great customer service.
