I had occasion this week to go to this store, I cannot tell you how professional, kind and patient Zeke was He balanced many jobs at the same time with humor and knowledge He’s the best!!!
Not great. Second time in a month or so that we’ve had to go there. First time waited for a while and internet was down so no assistance provided. Second time only one other person in the store we weren’t greeted or acknowledged for almost half an hour when we were no apology for the wait or anything. When our account was pulled up we were told we couldn’t finance anything because every month we rolled over past due amounts, but we’re in automatic withdrawal and have been customers for 20+years. When Zeke was told this needed to be figured out we were told to leave the store and he wouldn’t provide service to us. Called Verizon customer service spoke with Corey and there are no issues with our account, we have never been late with a payment and we would have the option for multiple different upgrades. NEVER going back to this location.
