Poor experience ever! Lots of crews but no one helping us, when I asked one of the lady said you are on the waitlist, but I saw a lot of crew walking around with no one. Super slow action and unskilled in business, delaying other people's time. Some service staff even skipped us to serve other people even we arrived and on the list earlier. They even didn’t set up for us, just give it and gone . Worst experience

Horrible customer service, employer had 3 months working and doesn’t know how to give a receipt and explain the monthly payments. Apparently workers charge now to help customers transfer information to the new phone that’s insane since that’s their job. Then they can’t help last 30 minutes because they are closing. Ridiculous customer service.

Christian the solutions manager was great, very helpful, quickly helped me be in and out of store while helping other customers. I’d recommend this Verizon store, and Believe me I’ve been to many (12yrs)
