Lyn was fantastic. She helped me with everything I needed and did so in a timely matter. I've never experienced that kind of customer service and was considering switching to another provider bc of the issues I was having but because of her I didn't. Great job Lyn!

Don’t listen to the 5 star reviews saying this person did a great job ETC. paid over 1k for a phone that’s not worth it and they charge extra fees without any word being said. Go to TMobile,

Seena was the one helping us purchase and set up our phone and tablet and he was great! He was very patient and kind, informative and explained everything clearly. Wonderful experience would recommend him everytime (especially when dealing with older people too).
