I went in for a screen protector and walked out quite happy with my experience. My phone looks perfect and my time in the store was great. I was helped by Noah and Jacoby, they provided incredible customer service 👏🏽

I don't understand how people don't get hours of operation. Like I understand staffing issues. But don't try and pass that off to the customer. If you are planning on opening late, put a note on the door and not ask customers to come back in an hour, after we have been outside for 30mins already waiting for you to open. Come on do better.

Apparently, store hours are just a suggestion. Business hour states that they open at 11am but no one was there. There’s not even a sign to indicate that hours have changed
