Went in to get new phones, it was a Saturday and very busy. There was only 1 person working his name was Josh E. He gave everyone the best customer service I have seen anywhere in a long time, greeted each person that walked in. Very knowledgable. Helped customers fast and efficiently. He needs to be promoted. I thank you for your wonderful customer service Josh, it is not often places have wonderful employees like yourself. I highly recommend this store! I will drive past the newberg store just to go to this one!

The best experience I've ever had at a Verizon wireless. Sarah the store manager helped us the whole time and answered all our questions. She was extremely knowledgable and patient with us. She took the time to get our phones all set up, even my mail. She was kind to our children and stayed to help us even though it was late. She seriously is the best manager I have ever seen! Ask for Sarah and you will be in great hands! Finally a manager that is as good as the service provider ;)

Upgraded my wife from Samsung to iPhone. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Conversion was smooth and answered all questions. Have used this store multiple times and always a good experience.
