Samuel was one of the most perfessional reps I Have ever worked with. He showed the utmost respect and care for our situation. Long story short my phone was not working. I came into the store to fix the issue, he not only fixed our issue but related our plans and paid cheaper!!!! Not only did I pay cheaper I was able to get a upgrade for less then a dollar due to these awesome promotions. I would highly recommend working with Samuel he was so kind and knowledgeable not to mention the ammount of patience he had. 10/10 would come back again.
