Waited all weekend long to get a phone and service. Andrea is a great help but when it came time to pay they couldn't take a card they had to have all in cash according to manager's rules. What idiot doesn't accept a credit or debit card payment!? When she tries to get hold of the manager no one is around to answer their phone! Gonna end up spending $1500 here and can't get anyone to accept payment. :(

After several calls the manager still didn't approve the sale. Her loss makes me think they don't care about money or customer service!
