I almost never visit stores since the service is usually better online, and I’ve stopped writing reviews, but my experience here was so bad that I feel compelled to warn others.

After tampering with my phone and taking my money, and making me wait for almost two hours, they wouldn’t complete my order, telling me they can’t because they’re only an authorized dealer, not a company store.

They lied to me from the beginning, so they could scam me into buying accessories, and forced me to pay $40 as a service charge. Verizon explicitly sent me to this specific store, an hour from home, to handle my order so apparently the company also lied to me.

I should’ve trusted my instincts and done things online, and lessened my chances of dealing with awful people. But I got swindled this time. Never again.
