This is our go-to Verizon store every time we need to upgrade our phones or have any issues. They're straight forward with you from the beginning so you know what to expect. There's no silly song and dance show with your purchase. In my experience, they have always been very professional and helpful. Thank you again for your help.

Walked in at 8:00pm (mind you this store closes at 9:00pm) and the gentleman working there said “do you have a question because I’m closing early today.” I told him that it says that this store closes at 9:00pm, he then stated “well today is different.” There were no signs or posts indicating that the store was closing early. He was being Lazy and it’s just pathetic. Fix it Verizon.

Just switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon at this store. Customer service was excellent. Jorge Cervantes helped my husband and I get 2 new phones and found out we qualified for the 5G internet through Verizon. He was very nice and was able to provide answers to all our questions. We Will definitely be driving from Huntington Beach to this store every time.
