The worst customer service I have ever experienced (at the Spring Street location). I was overcharged $159 and I'm waiting a month later to be reimbursed. They also gave me a rebuilt Z flip5, not a brand new model, when I gave them my Z flip3 as a trade in. Waiting for the new phone the say they ordered for me on March 10. I don't believe a new phone was ever ordered! So I called Samsung yesterday and they found out it was never ordered at all. Lies and overcharged! DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THE SPRING STREET LOCATION!!
UPDATE: 2 months later and the Manager at the Verizon (Victra) Spring Street location still claims the check from Corporate is on its way. I checked with Corporate and there is no record of any check sent to me. So this store steals money and lies? Because I purchased my phone through this store Verizon and Samsung can't help me. I sent a letter to New York Headquarters detailing this ongoing issue. Hoping the owner of the Verizon (now Victra) store sees this and is concerned!
