Stopped by to ask some questions about switching, the two employees working there, Mike and Freddie (I believe it was?) were absolutely exceptional. When I had walked in, there were a decent amount of people waiting, as the duo were multi tasking at levels they shouldn't (hire more people!!!), and the patience they were able to exhibit with a couple that was just berating them at every turn was on another level. I regret not speaking up and telling that duo to just shut up and let them do their jobs. I would love the opportunity to speak to management about the service if possible!
Anyways, they answered everything I needed to know about potentially switching over, and as soon as I pay these devices up, I will stop by and get it from them!
