EXCELLENT costumer service!!👌🏻👌🏻 (I went to this store due to their high rating, after trying to accomplish what I could not, both online and at my local Verizon store, which is much larger and better staffed, but not nearly as awesome as these two guys there, ESPECIALLY 👍🏻Luis👍🏻. The store is very clean, nice, small, have many seating places /waiting areas, they work fast but still so very friendly, attentive, and efficiently, despite not being treated well by their own people on the phone. They were still providing excellent costumer service despite the obvious frustration, and that's so commendable coming from young people!!👌🏻👌🏻 The only thing is, I used Google navigation to get there, and please note the entrance is on Olympic.
