Bought an iPhone 16 for pick up. They called saying “Hey I cancel your order”. ??? Asked what is email’s confirmation. They answer “no access to it.” Wow what a fraud and steals money.

Samantha was outstanding. She ended up giving us a plan that we needed, but could not at all determine from the Verizon site. Very knowledgeable.

The sales rep in the store are extremely rude. I called to verify why my order has taken so long and Mike automatically said it got cancelled. Didn’t even bother to take my order number when I told him I had that and a confirmation email. He was extremely rude and was almost yelling on the phone. As a pregnant women and new customer to Verizon this type of behavior is not okay. THANKS FOR RUINING MY DAY MIKE. Also spoke to the “manager” and she claims she will talk to him and she also seemed rude about the fact that I was complaining about Mike. However she did indeed confirm that my order was being processed and would be ready for pick up shortly. I’m not sure what’s going on in this store but if you can’t be nice to people simply don’t work in retail.
