I feel like we spent whole day shopping . In the end Verizon is where we started and should have not wasted our time looking elsewhere. Customer service was exceptional and i felt that everything possible was done to accomplish our goals in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied.

The representative that was helping me was very good at helping me get my issues resolved.
