Alicia made trading in my phone so easy! Super sweet and helpful. She laughed as I made fun of the other rude needy customers giving the staff a hard time.
I really appreciate staff with great sense of humor.
She was nice enough to save me a couple of $$$ by letting me know that the 256GB was more than enough storage!

Kevin helped me the store was about to close and he still did we spent an hour after the store closed getting me a new device because mine was broken … he truly was an amazing employee who was knowledgeable, kind , patient and cared ….i truly appreciated him

Danielle was a great helping me get my phone up and running. I had a connection issue that I spent over 2 hours trying to get resolved though tech support. They couldn't get it resolved. I went to the branch today and Danielle had it fixed in a matter of minutes. She was kind and friendly and provided great customer services.
